-Submitting an inquiry does not confirm your order.

-We require 3 days notice for cakes BUT we book quickly so we might not have availability for last minute orders. Please submit your inquiry asap.

-Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. 

-Before filling out a custom inquiry form, please visit our "Flavors, Sizes + Pricing" page for any initial questions you might have.

-If you'd like to order multiple cakes, tiered cakes, or cakes larger than 8'', please email orders@crumbbumbakery.com with a detailed description of what you have in mind.

-Cancellations will be honored for a refund 48 hours prior to pick up.

-We unfortunately cannot accept any requests for theme cakes at this time, thank you in advance.

-Pickup's are only available during store hours. Please check our home page for current hours.

-The cutoff for a Monday Pickup is the previous Thursday.
